Recommended
Use: As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule with 8oz of water
on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes prior to exercise, or as
directed by your health care professional. Do not exceed 1 capsule
in any 24 hour period. Takign more than the recommended amount
will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed
in the warning.
Warning: Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult
a physician before using this product if you have, or have a
family history of high blood pressure, heart, liver, thyroid
or psychiatric disease, diabetes, anemia, nervousness, anxiety,
depression, seizure disorder, stroke or difficulty in urination
due to prostate enlargment. Do not use if you are taking an
MAO or MAOI inhibitor or any other dietary supplement, prescription
drug or over-the-counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine,
or phenylpropanolamine. Exceeding
recommended dosage may cause serious adverse side effects including
heart attack and stroke. Discontinue use and call a physician
immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat,
dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other
similar symptoms. Individuals who are allergic or hypersensitive
to ephedrine or caffeine should avoid the use
of this product. Not intended for use by persons under the
age of 18. The maximum dosage of ephedrine for a healthy
adult is no more than 100 mg in a 24 hour period for not more
than 12 weeks. Improper use of this product may be hazardous
to a person's health.
