When taken daily, Avera Sport's Nitro Food helps supports daily positive nitrogen balance. Nitro Food contains a proprietary blend of fast and slow releasing proteins for a sustained positve protein balance. Nitro Food has been designed to provid both a rapid rise in blood amino acids (resulting in a quick, however short lived increase in protein synthesis) as well as a slower more steady release of amino acids into the blood lasting as long as 7 hours.
