Notes
Add 1-2 scoops fo NITRO-Tech to 4-8 ounces of cold water or skim milk and mix in a shaker or stir. Consume 1-3 servings daily (depending on your protein needs). NITRO-Tech should be consumed immediately after your workout. For maxium results, consume 3 servings of NITRO-Tech and 1 serving of CELL-Tech daily.
