	Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, In a shaker bottle Fill a shaker bottle with 200 ml (about 6 oz.) of room temp/tepid water. Add 2 level scoops and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Add 500-600 ml (16-20 oz.) of cold water and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. In a blender Vitargo S2 can be combined with your favorite post-training blender concoction - protein powder, BCAAs, cinnamon powder, etc. and your favorite liquid. For best results add 2 level scoops to a blender drink while it's on and blending.
