CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is a free fatty acid derived from safflower oil. Our CLA softgels provide a minimum of 75% CLA in every batch. Scientists estimate that our food supply once contained much higher levels of CLA before the advent of modern agricultural and animal feeding methods. As a result, CLA may be lacking in typical refined diets
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 3 softgels 1-2 times daily, preferably 1 hour before meals
