recomended usage¬

	Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement take 1 level scoop (1500 mg) mixed into water or your favorite beverage 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach. Take first dose in the morning and second dose one hour prior to workout. If workout is in the morning then take second dose a half hour prior to lunch. To maximize results, drink at least 64 oz of water daily while using AAKG.
