As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 servings, 1-2 times per day. To promote restful sleep, consume up to 3 servings 30-60 minutes prior to bed. Start with a low dose to assess tolerance. DO NOT exceed more than 4 servings in a 24 hour period. DO NOT take more than 3 consecutive days without a MINIMUM of 2-3 days wash out. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.
