Mix 1 packet of powder with 5-10 ounces of cold water or milk. Smaller amounts of liquid will make a thicker, creamier shake. Larger amounts of liquid will make a thinner shake. Take up to 3 shakes per day to increase your protein consumption for weight training or sports. For best results, PROmore should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs products, at least 64 ounces of water per day and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
