    Shipping Rates (US Domestic) ¬

    In order to offer the absolute lowest price on all our products we ask the customer to pay the actual freight fees incurred. These fees are live quotes from the courier and are based on package weight and destination. Every destination/charge is unique.

    Current ground rates for a 1 pound package delivered inside the US average for less than $9 (sometimes less for commercial address, or slightly more for rural locations). In addition, national fuel surcharges have been added to all shipments based on increased transport costs. Please refer to www.fedex.com for more details.


    To receive an actual shipping rate quote, add the items to your online cart. Follow the checkout process. Shipping rates will be propossed to you in real time based on your package weight and destination before any payment information is requested.



    Shipping Rates (International) ¬

    We ship all over the world. Too all countries and provinces. Our relationships with international brokers and customs offices allow us to offer delivery services faster and more cost effective than anyone else. For our Canadian customers we ship CanadaPost Ground and XpressPost, Purolator as well as many freight companies for larger orders. For customers abroad, we now offer both FedEx International Economy and Express services. These FedEx door-to-door delivery options offer a 3-7 business day delivery almost anywhere in the world. For rate quotes, use our online system. Shipping rates will be presented in real time based on the weight of your parcel(s) and your destination. Keep in mind international order can take a few days to process and prepare for transport.

    Be advised, We can only deliver to verified billing address on Credit cards. Items must be signed for by card holder. This allows us to except credit cards for convenience but still protect our customer from fraud.*




    Stock Availablity ¬

    Although we manage our back stock closely we sometimes experience what are known as "flash outages". These stock outages happen when an item sells out faster that the orders are filled. When this occurs it can create delays on delivery.
    We continuously adjust stock levels to minimize shipping delays but we are sometimes limited by product availablity from the manaufacturer. If you have any questions, contact our sales department to verify stock availability.




    General Shipping Policies ¬

  • Orders place on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Tracking information will be provided to customers with valid email addresses.
  • All US Domestic orders will be shipped FedEx.
  • Orders must be placed before 3 PM (eastern) to be eligible for same day processing.
  • Processing time is approximately 48 hours.
  • Deliveries inside the Continental United States must be to street addresses (no PO Boxes).
  • Not responsible for delays in delivery due to address inconsistencies, weather or any other uncontrollable acts.
  • A fee of $10 may be charged for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customers error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you provide. This includes PO Box orders sent FedEx. Note: FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Even though we put a high priority on express packages, we may run into stock shortages that may delay delivery. Due to our high volume, items are sold "first come first serve" which may create flash stock outages even though items may show "in stock" at time of order.
  • Please allow 1-3 days for international package tracking updates.

    Order Status and Tracking ¬

    You can check the status of your order online and find out when it shipped. For orders shipped via FedEx you can also track your package. If you feel your order is taking longer than normal to arrive, please check your order status online or E-mail our Customer Service Department at sales@fitnessone.com.

    Delivery Failures ¬

    In most cases a delivery failure occurs when the courier company contracted to deliver your package leaves the package at its destination without a signature. The time the package may sit unattended makes it vulnerable to many outside forces. Such as theft, weather etc. To limit these happening you may want to leave a note for the driver. Such as: "Dear Courier, Please leave any parcels at front door (or leave with building Manager/office etc.) Signed, Your Name. This way the driver has a clear location to leave the package and you will know where to expect it. If your package is missing we will file a claim with the courier and reship your items after approval from courier. FitnessONE is not responsible for time delays due to delivery failures. If items need to be reshipped they will be transported in the same method as the original order.
