BCAA Passion Fruit¬

The BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are 3 essential amino acids that have a branch in their chemical structure. They are considered 'essential' because the body does not produce them and they must be consumed in the diet. They are also widely considered to be the most anabolic of the essential amino acids and have an abundance of research showing that they promote recovery, muscle maintenance and growth. The most important of the BCAA's for signaling protein synthesis is L-Leucine. Delivers the most anabolic essential amino acid to the body over time to prolong the signaling of protein synthesis.
