Adults, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 4-6 ounces of water and stir. Consume 10-15 minutes prior to training or when looking for an energy boost. Establish tolerance level before increasing dose. Do not consume more than 2 servings (2 scoops) at one time or more than 4 servings (4 scoops) within a 24 hour period. Do not use 6 hours prior to sleep. NOTE: Contents may settle during shipping.
