Fiber supplement drink. sugar free fat free. 9g fiber per serving. Excellent source of dietary fiber. Supports heart health. Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include daily soluble fiber from psyllium husk, as found in Fiberlyze, may help heart function and support healthy cholesterol levels. recomended usage¬
