Directions: 1.Blend 2 scoops (57g) (makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix! 2. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300 degree (F) griddle. 3. Cook pancakes 1-1 1/2 per side or until golden brown, turning only once.
